Mr. Campbell grew up in northern Nevadan and practices primarily in the areas of administrative law representing clients before administrative agencies and handling judicial appeals of agency decisions and litigation focused on real estate disputes and construction defect cases.

Richard Campbell, Jr. is admitted to practice in Nevada. He joins our firm with over 45 years of legal experience helping businesses and individuals with their legal needs.

Practice Areas

Mr. Campbell has appeared in numerous cases in district courts in Washoe County, Clark County and most of the rural counties, as well as the Federal District Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. His clients have included The State of Nevada Public Works Board, several counties and municipalities, gaming companies, real estate development companies, public utility companies, natural gas pipeline companies, small businesses and individuals in a plethora of different types of law.

Mr. Campbell has also practiced before numerous state agencies including the Nevada Public Utilities Commission, the Nevada State Engineer, the Private Investigators Licensing Bureau, The State Engineers Board and the Nevada Medical Examiners Board. At present his practice is focused on administrative law representing clients before administrative agencies and handling judicial appeals of agency decisions and litigation focused on real estate disputes and construction defect cases.

Mr. Campbell earned his Bachelor of Arts from Montana State University and went on to obtain his Juris Doctorate from Gonzaga University School of Law.
