Mr. Heflin enjoys powerlifting, fishing, off-roading and reading. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends.

Mr. Heflin earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Minor in Philosophy from the University of Nevada, Reno and went on to obtain his Juris Doctorate from William S. Boyd School of Law in Las Vegas. While in law school, Mr. Heflin participated in multiple competitive moot courts and trial advocacy programs. He was grateful to have clerked for the Honorable David A. Hardy at the Second Judicial District Court, Washoe County, Nevada.
