JARRAD C. MILLER

JARRAD C. MILLER is a partner admitted to the state bars of Nevada and California as well as the United States District Court for the District of Nevada and the Eastern District of California. Mr. Miller received his undergraduate degree from the University of Nevada, Reno in 1995. He received his Juris Doctor Cum Laude from Michigan State University College of Law, where he attended on an academic Merit Scholarship Award. Mr. Miller was the top Real Property student receiving a Book Award in that subject, and graduated with honors in 1999.

As a graduate of the National Institute for Trial Advocacy, Mr. Miller has successfully represented clients in jury trials, bench trials, arbitrations, administrative hearings, appellate practice and mediations. In his transactional practice, Mr. Miller has represented commercial properties, ranches, Tahoe estates and a large-scale casino/resort in multimillion dollar conveyances.

Mr. Miller is currently a member of the Washoe County Bar Association and the Western Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Miller has previously served as a member of the American Bar Association and the American Inns of Court. From 1994-1996, Mr. Miller was a licensed Nevada Real Estate Sales Agent and has a continued interest in Real Estate Law.

Mr. Miller was selected as a 2009 Rising Star, one of the state’s outstanding young lawyers. His listing was published in the July 2009 issue of Mountain States Super Lawyers and on superlawyers.com. Mr. Miller has received a Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating by his peers. He is highly rated in both legal ability and ethical standards.
