JONATHAN J. TEW

JONATHAN J. TEW is admitted to the state bars of Nevada and Illinois. Mr. Tew graduated magna cum laude from the University of Southern California in 2002, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Classics and a second Bachelor of Arts in East Asian Languages and Cultures. He received a master’s degree from Harvard University in 2004 and his Juris Doctorate from the Georgetown University Law Center in 2007.

Mr. Tew has litigated a number of complex contract and business disputes in both state and federal courts. He also has significant experience handling a variety of commercial law issues including secured transactions, letters of credit, restructuring, bond claims, mechanics liens on construction projects, and actions to foreclose upon collateral.

Mr. Tew is currently a member of the Washoe County Bar Association, and was previously an active member of the Chicago Bar Association and the Illinois State Bar Association.
