JONATHAN J. TEW is admitted to the state bars of Nevada and Illinois. Mr. Tew graduated magna cum laude from the University of Southern California in 2002, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Classics and a second Bachelor of Arts in East Asian Languages and Cultures. He received a master’s degree from Harvard University in 2004 and his Juris Doctorate from the Georgetown University Law Center in 2007. Mr. Tew has litigated a number of complex contract and business disputes in both state and federal courts. He also has significant experience handling a variety of commercial law issues including secured transactions, letters of credit, restructuring, bond claims, mechanics liens on construction projects, and actions to foreclose upon collateral. Mr. Tew is currently a member of the Washoe County Bar Association, and was previously an active member of the Chicago Bar Association and the Illinois State Bar Association. |
